Established in 1987, Italy’s .IT country-specific top-level domain extension is really popular both locally and in the English-speaking world. The reason is that the domain is a pronoun, which can be used for building imaginative and appealing domain names – write.it, youcanmake.it and so on. This is a way to have an easy-to-learn domain name, so that it will be easier for your visitors to come back to your website or to share it with associates and friends. The TLD can also be used for a website, which is related to the technology sector having in mind the fact that IT is an abbreviation, which is recognized worldwide.

In view of the fact that .IT domains are not registered directly by IT-NIC, the Registry organization that handles this domain name extension, such a domain can be acquired through a 3rd-party domain provider, such as ours.
