Through the Custom DNS section of the Domain Manager, you can modify different types of DNS records for your domain names, including A, AAAA, MX, NS, SRV, CNAME and TXT records. Adding a new DNS resource record is rather easy. You simply need to choose a domain name and then enter the DNS record that you want. Any change you have made will be reflected live within twenty four hours. In case you want to retrieve the original record value, just press the Revert button.

The Custom DNS section also sports a GeoIP location tool, which enables you to direct people from a particular geographical location to a given language version of your site.

Inside the Control Panel there is a point–and–click domain name management tool with a set of controls for managing multiple domain names simultaneously. You can quickly create subdomains, forward web sites, modify the nameservers or the WHOIS settings pertaining to a domain, add custom DNS entries and more.

Beside the basic domain name controls, in the Domain Manager you will also find an option to hide your registration information using the Whois Privacy Protection functionality and also to safeguard your e–shop’s financial transactions with ordinary or wildcard digital certificates.

With the WHOIS protection option, you will be able to hide your personal info that can be seen on the World Wide Web upon a WHOIS lookup on your domain. This way, when someone tries a WHOIS lookup on your domain name, they’ll see fictitious details instead of your private information. With this functionality activated, you won’t ever need to be worried that somebody could use your street address or phone number to bother you.

The WHOIS protection functionality is available with most of the domains offered on our site and you can find it in the Domain Manager integrated into your Control Panel.

Our Domain Manager will grant you absolute authority over multiple domains. Just indicate the domain names whose settings you intend to to alter and then select the action that you’d like to implement. You will be able to renew the selected domain names, to modify their WHOIS settings and even to modify their nameservers at once.

With Xedos Cloud, you can easily prevent your domain from getting transferred away without your consent by "locking" it at your current domain name registrar. This won’t affect the way the domain behaves in any way whatsoever, but will automatically block all domain transfer requests.

And if you want to to transfer your domain name, you can simply unlock it. Locking & unlocking a domain name is really simple and involves just one click of the mouse.

Via the Domain Manager, you will also be able to activate an SSL certificate for your domain. With an SSL certificate, all the delicate details that your clients submit via your website (on the order page, through a login form, etc.) will be enciphered and the submitted information will never be compromised.

To activate an SSL certificate for your domain name, simply enter the necessary details and then click the Activate button. You can obtain a normal SSL certificate, which will be enabled for only one single host, or a wildcard SSL certificate, which will be valid for all the hosts under your domain.
